Registration – Submission

  • Please note that the whole registration process allows you to edit your inputs later.
  • You will receive a Notification e-mail immediately after completing the Registration Form. If not, please contact [email protected]
  • The Verification e-mail will be sent to you after your data has been checked by the Secretariat within a few days. During this time, editing your registration will not be possible.
  • You may edit your registration data only up until after receiving the Verification e-mail and before payment.
  • Your registration will be valid after receipt of the Verification e-mail. After receiving this you should access your registration account in order to proceed with your payment and to generate your invoice(s), if required.
  • PAYMENT for the event fee should be made ONLY after receipt of the Verification e-mail.
