The event was co-organised by IASIA and the Chinese Academy of Governance and associated the Chinese Society of Administrative Reform (CSOAR), the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), The Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) and the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).A total of 120 participants participated in the conferences (3 local organisations and 4 international organisations) to discuss three main topics:
– The Construction of Service-Oriented Government: International Experiences and Practice in China,
– Performance evaluation: International Experiences and Practice in China,
– Common Challenges for Government Self-Reform.
